Directions by Car:

Coming from M.25 (junction 26) – From exit  follow signs to Loughton and you will come to a roundabout.  Turn left towards Epping.  Continue onwards for a couple of miles through the town centre (sign says towards the M.11).  Turn right at the traffic lights towards North Weald .  Go past the Hospital on the right and carry on past the sign for Coopersale.  The Briars is about 400 yards on the right hand side before Pretloves removal company which is situated on the left side of the road.

Coming from Harlow M.11 (Junction 6) roundabout – Follow signs to Epping.  Come to a set of Traffic Lights and turn left towards North Weald.  Go past the Hospital on the right and carry on past the sign for Coopersale.  The Briars is about 400 yards on the right hand side before Pretloves removal company which is situated on the left side of the road.

Coming from A414 –  Turn left at the Talbot public house and continue through North Weald B181 towards Epping/M.11.   Go past North Weald 3 par golf course which is on the left and after about 2 minutes you will see Pretlove removal company on the right.  Go  a few yards past that and you will come to the Briars which is on the left. 

From the Chingford Office  (15 mins) – Turn left out of the office and continue onwards past the train station on the right into Rangers  road.  Turn left at the T junction onto the Woodford road and continue until you come to the roundabout – straight over towards the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit towards Epping.  Continue onwards for a couple of miles through the town centre (sign says towards the M.11).  Turn right at the traffic lights towards North Weald .  Go past the Hospital on the right and carry on past the sign for Coopersale.  The Briars is about 400 yards on the right hand side before Pretloves removal company which is situated on the left side of the road.

Epping underground (central line)  is the nearest tube/train station to The Briars.  A bus right outside the station will take you to the Briars.  If you tell them you need to go to Epping Road, North Weald, opposite Pretloves they will let  you know the best stop to exit. Alternatively there is a taxi rank right outside the station called Lawlors 01992 577888 which costs £3.50.
